Welcome to a New Year of Youth Ministry
We’re excited to journey with your family this year! Each family registers once per year so we can securely collect diocesan forms, communicate effectively, and keep track of our families.
Why register? Completing the form once per year ensures safety & liability compliance, adds you to our email updates, and unlocks participation in all Youth Apostolate programs and events.

Note: Off-campus events (outside parish/school) may require additional permission forms.
Programs & Events
- F3 (Middle School): Monthly gatherings focused on Faith, Fun, and Friends.
- Wednesday Nights (High School): Weekly small groups + monthly co-ed night, Behold.
- Special Events: Frassati Fun Day, service opportunities, retreats, HS outings, and more.
Registration Fee
$30 per student — helps cover program materials, resources, and food for gatherings.
Financial assistance is always available — cost should never be a barrier.
