Father Hathaway was concelebrant and homilist during the televised Mass on October 15, 2019, the Memorial of Saint Teresa of Avila.

Appearances on "At Home with Jim and Joy"

Father Hathaway had two appearances on “At Home with Jim and Joy.” He talked about the book Cooking with the Saints and the importance of the family meal. The book is based off cooking classes he approved when he was pastor at Saint Veronica in Chantilly. The book is dedicated to him and he wrote its foreword.
