Vacation Bible School 2018 – “Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus”

Registration for Vacation Bible School (VBS) is now open for 2018! VBS is a week long camp held annually that teaches kids about the importance of faith in their lives. Throughout the week, kids learn about how to pray and serve one another, as well as interact and play fun games.

VBS REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN HAS MET CAPACITY!  Please contact the Office of Religious Education if you wish to be placed on the wait list.  Adult volunteers will be allowed to register children, please call (703)836-4100 and ask to speak with the Director of Religious Education for more details.

VBS will be June 25-29 from 9am to noon.

This year, the theme of VBS is “Totally Catholic Shipwreck – Rescued by Jesus.” Each day at Shipwrecked VBS, kids travel through field-tested rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and immerse kids in new adventures. The graphic below outlines what each day encompasses during the camp.

The success of our program relies on volunteers, including both youth and adults.  Rising 7th through 12th graders are welcome to volunteer as section assistants or team assistant leaders.  Adult volunteers are needed in all areas. All children who register and have one family member volunteer get to go for free! If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Hilary Munger at 703-836-4100 or [email protected].
