The Mary Lead Us Campaign Vision:

The Mary Lead Us Campaign’s vision is to advance and better deliver the Basilica School of Saint Mary’s academic curriculum and ensure our students are equipped with 21st-century learning tools/experiences. It is also to provide our growing parishioner base with greater opportunities to engage with one another. The campaign has embarked on an extraordinary campus and facilities renovation and expansion project.

Our Driving Vision, Along with Key Priorities and Concerns for the School:

  • To transform the Basilica School’s historic role as a great parochial school into an exceptional and leading 21st-century Catholic elementary institution.

  • To fortify our school as a center of parish life for our growing base of parishioners and associated apostolates

  • Advance academic curriculum with a 21st-century learning campus and new library media center

  • Re-envision and create new campus recreational, sports, and gathering spaces

  • Ensure the safety and accessibility for our students and parishioners

  • Enhance our school’s Catholic identity

How the School Construction Will Transform The Basilica School

School Construction Updates from the Spring of 2022:

We are pleased to report that, to date, more than 800 parishioner and school families have made sacrificial gifts and pledges totaling $9,398,208 as part of the “Mary Lead Us” campaign, which involves the 21st-century expansion and renewal of The Basilica School of Saint Mary. Meanwhile, $8,845,892 is unrestricted for construction, and $552,387 is restricted to the Mater Dei program learning services at The Basilica School of Saint Mary.
