The Basilica to Hold a Corpus Christi Procession on June 2, 2024

The Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) will occur on Sunday, June 2, 2024, following the 5 p.m. Mass. We will process with the Blessed Sacrament from the Basilica after the Mass, along South Royal Street, to the school gym at 400 Green Street, and back to the Basilica for Benediction. After Benediction, you are invited to a reception in our Lyceum Auditorium, 313 Duke Street.

This feast day celebrates and affirms the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, and, by processing with the Eucharist in the streets of Old Town, the parish is giving public witness to our faith through this solemn act of devotion. Please join us!
