Ticket sales are now closed for tomorrow’s  Saint Patrick Irish Hooley.  Thank you for all who have already sponsored tables and bought tickets.

Families and children of all ages are invited to our Annual Saint Patrick Irish Hooley, hosted by our Ancient Order of Hibernians, on Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. in The Basilica School of Saint Mary Gym, 400 Green Street. Join us for a lively afternoon as we honor and celebrate our Irish heritage with music, singing and dancing.

The afternoon will feature performances by local Irish musician, Pat Garvey; the Boyle School of Irish Dance; the O’Neill James School of Irish Dance and a visit from Saint Patrick himself! Traditional Irish fare, including shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, will be catered by Murphy’s Grand Irish Pub.

Entry and parking: entrance to the Hooley remains the school gymnasium’s door; however, parking will be very limited at this entrance. Therefore, please look to park on the street and walk to the gym door entrance. You can also park at one of the Basilica of Saint Mary’s parking lots and walk over. If you require handicapped parking, please contact Clarence Lyles at clyles@stmaryoldtown.org, and we will ensure there is a parking space for you at the school gym entrance.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for children. They are available for purchase by clicking here or by paying by cash or check in the parish office.

Be a 2022 Irish Hooley Sponsor by buying a reserved table of 10 for $500 or make a cash sponsorship donation of $300.

All proceeds from this event go directly to Christ House in Alexandria.
