W. Bradford Wilcox, Director of the National Marriage Project at the University of Virginia and Senior Fellow of the Institute for Family Studies, spoke at the Basilica of Saint Mary on July 25 as part of our 2019 Summer Faith and Culture Series.

The topic of his lecture was “The Happiest Wives: What do faith, feminism, and family men have to do with the quality of marriages in America?” Wilcox discussed the role that religious faith – as well as feminism and men’s family contributions – plays in fostering higher-quality marriages in the United States.

Wilcox’s research is regularly featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, National Review Online, and many other outlets.
