All young adults (21-39) are invited to Theology on Tap in the heart of Old Town, Alexandria at Murphy’s Irish Pub on Monday, November 6th. Our speaker is Maura Eckels on “The Problem of Prayer: Attachment Theory & My Relationship with God.”
Come early for food and drinks at 6:30pm! The talk begins at 7:30pm and ends with Q&A.

Maura Eckels is a 2018 graduate of Franciscan University where she studied theology, human life, and Catholic leadership. She is a professionally trained Catholic Coach through Metanoia Catholic, having been featured on the Catholic Coaching Podcast. Maura’s experience includes managing young adult ministry for the Diocese of Arlington, student success coaching for Christendom College, podcast hosting for Human Life International, selling Eucharstic Adoration scheduling software for On Fire Media, and public speaking for the Culture Project. Maura now works for Hallow, the #1 Catholic prayer and meditation app worldwide, serving as their first Parish Lead. Here she manages relationships and speaks about prayer nationwide, hoping to meet people where they are in their relationship with God.
