The Basilica to Celebrate the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Birthday With a Marian Concert on Sept. 7, 2025

Father Edward Hathaway will be leading a recitation of the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in honor of the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which is officially celebrated on Sept. 8. The Basilica will be honoring Mary’s birthday with a selection of Marian hymns and choral works between each mystery, led by our Schola Cantorum.

All are invited to the concert, and also to the After the Fives parish social, which will be held beforehand, in the parish courtyard, from 6-7 p.m., after the 5 p.m. Mass on Sept. 7.
