Join Us to Travel by Metro to the 2024 March for Life on January 19, 2024

Please join Basilica parishioners to attend the March for Life in Washington, D.C., on Friday, January 19, 2024. We will be meeting between 11:15-11:30 a.m. at the King Street-Old Town Metro stop platform. We will be handing out free red scarves so that we can identify our parish as a group in the sea of people. The plan is to take the Metro, scheduled to leave the station at around 11:30 a.m. that morning, and get off at Federal Triangle.Once in the Nation’s Capitol, we will march to support the Culture of Life. Please join us by coming with us on the Metro. For those who can’t make it, adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament will be held in the church on Friday after the 12:10 p.m. until 5 p.m. for parishioners to pray for the Culture of Life.
