Saint Mary’s Playgroup to Host Diaper Shower for MaRiH Center on January 22, 2024

The Saint Mary’s Playgroup will honor January 22, 2024, a day of prayer for the legal protection of unborn children, by having a diaper shower for the local pregnancy resource center, the MaRiH Center, a local nonprofit that serves pregnant women and their children to give options especially for women in crisis. The diaper shower will occur at 10 a.m. in the Lyceum’s Saint Joseph Room, located at 313 Duke Street. The center is always in need of diapers, in particular sizes 4, 5 and 6. Additionally, they will accept children’s clothing up to 24 months/2T, and are always in need of 0-3 and 3-6 months clothing. Gift cards that allow the center to purchase for specific needs are also welcome. For more ideas, please review this list of items they are most in need of. Gently used donations are more than welcome. Please bring your diapers or other items unwrapped.
