2023 Holy Week Schedule at the Basilica

Quick Summary of Upcoming Events/Daily Mass Schedule Changes:

Stations of the Cross
Stations of the Cross will occur in the Basilica on Good Friday, April 7, at 7 p.m.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation
Basilica Church:  Good Friday, at 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. On Holy Saturday at 9 a.m. (No confessions on Holy Saturday at 4 p.m.)

Daily Masses
Please note that there are no daily Masses (meaning, no Masses at 6:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 12:10 p.m.) on Holy Thursday or Good Friday. The only Mass on Holy Thursday is at 7 p.m. and the only service on Good Friday is at 3 p.m. (There will be confessions at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Good Friday.)

There will be no 8:30 a.m. daily Mass on Holy Saturday – just the 8:30 p.m. Easter Vigil Mass. (There will be confessions at 9 a.m. on Holy Saturday, but no 4 p.m. confessions.)

There will be no 5 p.m. Mass on Easter Sunday.

Also, next week, from April 10-14, there are no 6:30 a.m. Masses from Monday-Friday. However, Masses at 8 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. will take place all next week.

Regarding the praying of the Rosary: the daily Mass Rosary group will be praying the Rosary at 7:30 a.m. on Good Friday, April 7, and then at 8 a.m. on Holy Saturday, April 8.
