Several Basilica School of Saint Mary Students Win Catholic Daughters of the Americas Education Contest Awards

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas recently sponsored a 2022 Education Contest. At an awards presentation ceremony on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in the Lyceum, CDA awarded the following to the following Basilica School of Saint Mary students:

+ Michael Costello won 1st Place – Computer Art (Division I) at the local level and in the state of Virginia

+ Gabriella Trapasso won Honorable Mention – Poetry (Division II) and won 1st Place – Computer Art (Division II) at the local level and placed in the state of Virginia

+ Emelie Shearer won 2nd Place – Art (Division II)
