In this lecture at the Basilica of Saint Mary, Dr. Chad Pecknold speaks on Saint Augustine’s engagement with ancient pagan philosophies for wisdom as we convert the world we live in now to Christ.

Dr. Pecknold has been a Professor of Historical and Systematic Theology in the School of Theology at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. since 2008. He teaches in the areas of fundamental theology, Christian anthropology, and political theology.
