New Nursery at 8:30 am Children’s Mass

Last Sunday, the new Children’s Mass was launched during the Basilica’s 8:30am Mass. We continue invite all families to join us for this liturgy every Sunday.

Beginning this Sunday, our new nursery will open in the Lyceum (313 Duke Street) for those who attend the Children’s Mass. All potty-trained toddlers through the age of four are welcome to join our free nursery. We will have VIRTUS-trained adults who will provide supervision, music with movement and a Sunday Gospel related activity. Please bring a nut-free snack if needed.

Children can be dropped off beginning at 8:15 am. Enter through the parish office door, which is past the black iron arch on the east side of the building. Pick-up will be after Mass or by 9:45 am.

Are you or your organization interested in volunteering in the nursery? Do you need service hours? Contact Erin Thielman at nursery@stmaryoldtown.orgfor more information. We can’t do this without volunteers. Adult volunteers must be VIRTUS-trained.

Saint Nicholas is the patron saint of our new Children’s program. Saint Nicholas, pray for us.
